MR 1:6 And John was clothed with camel's hair, and with a girdle of a skin about his loins; and he did eat LOCUSTs and wild honey





I know this is crazy but this could be a lot of fun. You must submit a Locust or Grasshopper recipe to qualify.





1st ingredient must be 12 freshly killed grasshoppers.

I know because I've tried them, theres no more improvement better than frying them and coating them in chocolate. But if you coat ANYTHING in chocolate it tastes ok ;)

12 freshly killed grasshoppers


1 lb. ground camel meat


1/4 cup honey





In a large mixing bowl, combine ingredients. Shape into 1-1/2 inch balls. Fry in camel fat until cooked through.

1 cup mashed avocado


1 tsp salt


1 tsp pepper


1Tbsp Tabasco sauce


1 tsp brown sugar


1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper


1/4 cup finely chopped celery





Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until thoroughly blended. Dip with nacho chips.
Reply:Grill grasshoppers over open flame, cover with honey, enjoy!
