i'm 13 and when my penis is down its about 3.5 cm and the last .5 is just slack of skin but when its erect its about 5 cm and the last .1 is skin is this too small is there home treatments that i can do.

Why are you worried about such a thing when you are 13? Give yourself time, your body is still growing and maturing.

Reply:It does not really matter how big it is when it is "relaxed". More relevant is when it is erect. My husband (who is amazing in bed) is not very big when he is "relaxed" but gets very firm and satisfying when he is excited!
