Sir, I was illegally termiminated from the U.S.Postal Service, in 1987 with the help of the postal services E.

Sir,I am a veit-nam,era veteran,illegally terminated from the U.S. POSTAL SERVICE in 1987, %26amp;eventhough the E.E.O.C. of the postal service,THEIR OWN INVESTIGATOR, Ms. Rochelle Jones recommended that I, should be brought back to duty ,just because a WHITEman wanted me fired, DONALD GRIFFIN, tour superintindent Mr.DON MOTLEY, who worked as a E.E.O.C.counselor,KNEW the only reason I was being FIRED was because of my SKIN COLOR, Mr. Motley turned his back on me %26amp; a whole lot of other BLACKS who worked at the K.CKansas BULK MAIL CENTER, SIR, FROM THE FIRST minute I was placed in a NON- PAY-STATUS, that was a FEDERAL CRIME !!!the union, with the help of the U.S.P.S E.E.O.C. THEY TOOK MY JOB!! It was ILLEGAL THEN, %26amp;its ILLEGAL NOW!! BASED on the merits of any FEDERAL CASE such as VETERAN STATUS,some cases SHOULD BE RE-OPENED,! Sir, ALL I ASK is for you to do is ask the POSTAL SERVICE for PROOF that what they charged me with, SHOW YOU, I am GUILTY,%26amp; YET MY JOB WAS TAKEN FROM ME !!

If you got fired from a civil service job, maybe you should look at yourself first......what did you do in the first place???

Reply:That was thirty years ago. You need to settle this issue within yourself.

However, the employee must make a report within a short time after the termination took place. If the time window expires without the person taking any steps, it is extremely unprobable that any furhter legal efforts will be helpful.
