I've just applied a topical medication to Mr. Green, his skin became red & itchy, blistering and peeling?

what should i do??





a) keep applying the medication as ordered





b) put on twice as much medication





c)not apply the medication, but inform the nuse in charge





d)not apply the medication, and NOT inform the charge nurse

stop taking Mr. Green places that can cause him harm. You need to be nicer to Mr. Green.. show him some love not infecting hatredness.......
